I am Ajay Tiwari, a social entrepreneur shaped by diverse life experiences and rich cultural influences. I am originally from the Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, India. After completing my secondary education in my native village, I graduated with a degree in pure science and later earned a master’s degree in international business.
My Story
My career began as a management trainee in an airline company, but in 2014, I made the bold decision to leave that role and take control of my future. Like many aspiring entrepreneurs, I faced significant challenges in finding the right resources and securing adequate funding. Yet, the way I navigated those obstacles at a young age revealed both my determination and the promise of future success.
After months of perseverance, I launched my logistics company. What started with just 8 to 10 employees soon began to grow rapidly. Today, the company employs over 150 talented professionals, with a presence in almost every major city in India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore. Our reach has also gone global, with offices in Hong Kong and Dubai.
Beyond my business achievements, my greatest aspiration is to inspire and support young creative minds in this country, helping them become the next generation of leaders. This passion for empowering others is what truly sets me apart.
Personal Life
I am a self-made entrepreneur who has built success through determination and hard work. Today, I own multiple thriving enterprises with operations in India and abroad—but my journey is far from over. What truly defines me is my commitment to guiding and supporting the next generation, helping them realize their potential and pursue their dreams.

Who I am?
I am someone who believes in helping others without hesitation. During the Covid-19 crisis, I actively participated in essential social service efforts, deploying my team to support those in need. Together, we provided meals, masks, sanitizers, and clean drinking water to keep communities safe and healthy. Our assistance reached several Indian states, including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh.
Long before the pandemic, I was engaged in social initiatives such as running educational programs in rural areas and leading cleanliness drives in cities and towns across India, including Noida, Delhi, Lucknow, Sultanpur, Deoria, Bangalore, Cuttack, Giridih, Chennai, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Siwan, and many more.
I am a self-made entrepreneur, owning multiple successful enterprises operating in India and abroad. Yet, my greatest goal remains to inspire and empower the next generation of this country to reach their fullest potential—a vision that truly sets me apart.
